Dr. Perlman and his staff are excellent! On January 17, 2022 I had a facelift and neck lift. Dr. Perlman explained my procedure and made me feel very comfortable. My recover is going very well and have been back several times for follow-ups. One day I had a small issue with some mild bleeding. I emailed the doctor and he saw me the same day and resolved the issue. I am healing very well and each day I can see the wonderful results of his artistry. I am looking forward to the next month to come for the results. I am looking forward to returning next month for my next follow-up. I truly appreciate everyone at his practice and thank them for making me feel special. I will recommend Dr. Perlman to anyone that may want his services.

I have been wanting to have a neck lift for a few years. I follow Dr Perlman’s Facebook page and recently saw some before and after photos for the myellevate minimally invasive neck lift combined with smart lipo. I immediately scheduled a consultation and had my procedure on 4/8. The results are amazing and I am extremely pleased. Dr Perlman has been supportive and very approachable at all times during the consultation and post-surgery process. I felt I could ask questions and discuss any concerns at all times. The aftercare has been excellent with follow up appointments to ensure I was completely happy with the final outcome. My experience throughout has been extremely positive. I am excited for my next procedure with him next month. I highly recommend Dr Perlman.

I absolutely loved my mommy makeover and the price i got was incomparable considering i don't have insurance . He was a sweet gentleman and always answered all my questions. I had a tummy tuck, liposuction of waste and tummy and back liposuction ,and breast implants (silicone). Barbara was wonderful she does the financing and worked everything in for me. i got surgery right away no waiting, and the whole staff treats you like family and they work together for the comfort of Patient . Will be using again.

Best DOCTOR EVER!!! I had a mommy makeover done and treated myself after losing a lot of weight and Dr Perlman and his staff are extremely nice, professional and very informative in every step of the way till the procedure and after. Everything was explained extensively and he answered ALL OF MY QUESTIONS without being rushed. And after the procedure his staff checked on me. A couple of times I had personal issues with the procedure not from anything he did and I was able to communicate with him easily on the weekend. I have and will continue to recommend Dr Perlman and his staff over and over. Debbie, Erica, Marina and Laura ARE SIMPLY AMAZING. Loved it so much I would love to work in an environment like this feels a second family. Dr. Perlman did Arm lift on both arms on June 4, 2018. The surgery went well, with no problems. I didn't have to take any pain pills. I went for my follow-up appointment to get the staplers out. That went well also. I love my experience that I have with Dr. Perlman and I love the office staff as well. Everyone at the office is very helpful and friendly.

I had a facelift done by Dr Perlman about a month ago.
Although, Dr Perlman had performed a couple procedures for me and also several members of my family, including my own daughter, I felt I needed a couple of different opinions from other plastic surgeons; so I did.
After seeing 2 other docs, one in The Woodlands and the other in Memorial City, I knew Dr Perlman was the absolute choice.
He is awesome, kind, courteous, respectful, and an excellent surgeon.
He took 15 years off my appearance!
I LOVE him and the entire staff!!
He is MY surgeon for anything else I may need in the future - I tell everyone about him.

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Dr. Perlman and his staff! He listened to my concerns and gave me his suggestions. He was conservative while also giving me the look I wanted. I had the NeckTite procedure done to lift and tighten and a temporal lobe lift to tighten up my sagging cheeks. All done in less than 2 hours and in the office. Very little discomfort. Dr. Perlman is definitely the go to doctor for any kind of procedure. There are many other plastic surgeon doctors in The Woodlands and Spring area but Dr. Perlman, and his staff, stand out above the others. I recently had an upper and lower Blepharoplasty on my eyes. I was nervous about the procedure but not because I didn't trust Dr. Perlman. He was the only doctor I trusted to do the procedure and he made sure to put me at ease. I am still in the recovery stage but I already love what I am seeing. I honestly appreciate the care and concern Dr. Perlman and his office staff puts into each patient. I had a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, face lift, and necklift. I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Perlman and his staff. I was comfortable, not afraid (even though I'd never had any surgery of any kind before), and the whole experience was fantastic! I never had any pain afterwards (never even took a pain pill), and, although I looked like I'd been beat up for the next two weeks, the bruising cleared quickly and I was able to cover most of it with concealer and makeup about a week after the surgery.
If you're thinking about having some "work" done, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Perlman. He's both a wonderful doctor and a wonderful guy. He listens to, and responds to, your concerns, and you will feel very, very comfortable and confident in his abilities. His staff is fantastic, and treat everyone kindly and professionally.

The pain of injecting the pellets was minimum. I've had this procedure done by at least three physicians. I've always been more pleased when I've had the numbing spray applied to the area prior to the injection to deaden the area before implanting the pellets. I've never been a big fan of needles and the less pain I feel the better.

Not only do I look and feel amazing, Dr Pearlman and his staff are just absolutely fantastic! Dr Pearlman has the best bedside manner, he is a very hands on doctor, he called my husband and I the same night as surgery to personally check on me and make sure i was comfortable. Prior to surgery his staff contacted me every week to make sure i was doing ok and prepared for my upcoming surgery, answering any and all my questions. This was one of the biggest and best decisions in my life, having the breast lift and reduction, has been life changing in the very best possible way. I would recommend this procedure with Dr Pearlman to anyone and everyone that needed or wanted to have this done. I went from a GG to a DD not only do I no longer have horrible back pain and massive headaches but at 38 I have beautiful perky 18 year old breasts! The laser I had done on my face did nothing though and that was $2600. It my eyes and breasts are great so 2 out of 3 aren't bad. It still was a lot of money for it not to make any significant change.*

I have been getting VI facials and microdermabrasion with Dr. Perlman's Aestheticist. She is SOOOO good at what she does, and explains each procedure and it's benefits and specifics, very thoroughly. Debbie (on Tuesdays) does her magic with Botox and fillers. Her rate is less than the Doctor himself doing these injectible procedures, and that helps me afford them. But if you'd feel more comfortable with the Doctor himself doing your injectibles, you'll be in TOP hands. I'll be 53 this year, and now I'm saving up for a neck-lift and mini-tummytuck with Dr. P.
